6. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall 1Pondo Search, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or interns, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (iii) any content obtained from the Services. The total liability of 1Pondo Search shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
