Wynn Al Marjan Island is introducing a new category of luxury accommodation: townhomes designed to blend the privacy of a private residence with the amenities of a world-class resort. These four units, part of the resort’s Enclave boutique hotel, will be available only through exclusive reservation, marking a departure from traditional villa or penthouse layouts.
The townhomes are positioned at the resort’s core, accessible through the Royal Foyer yet architecturally distinct, offering seclusion while keeping guests connected to the broader destination. They join existing options like the Marina and Ocean Estates and Apartments as part of Enclave, which now totals 323 accommodations across its four property types.
Todd-Avery Lenahan, President & Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development, described the townhomes as a redefinition of resort living. Unlike conventional villas, they prioritize privacy, scale, and residential-grade craftsmanship—details more commonly found in private mansions than hotel suites.
The units range from 630 to 1,110 square meters, spanning two levels, with layouts including two- and four-bedroom configurations. Each features expansive primary suites, dedicated spa facilities (including a hammam and tepidarium), and bespoke living spaces such as palatial dining rooms, a library, billiards salon, and media room. Outdoor areas include a fully enclosed courtyard with multiple plunge pools and wellness facilities, creating a self-contained retreat.
Architectural elements like soaring vaulted ceilings and grand staircases enhance the sense of grandeur, while contemporary kitchens, bars, and entertaining spaces ensure both daily comfort and high-end hospitality. The design philosophy extends to every detail, with Lenahan emphasizing their individuality: “Guests will encounter the rare and extraordinary. Beyond their physical attributes, the townhomes offer tailored amenities, including 24-hour butler and culinary staff, private chauffeured transportation, and exclusive access to a beachfront. The townhomes are set to open in 2027 as part of Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, 50 miles from Dubai International Airport. Their introduction reflects a broader trend in luxury hospitality: blending the exclusivity of private residences with the convenience of resort living, catering to guests who seek both seclusion and access to high-end amenities.
